Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Energy Storage Project Manager to lead the delivery of Exoben’s energy storage projects.

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and design through installation and commissioning.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, logistics and field operations.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with Exoben’s quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage end-to-end energy storage project execution.

You will coordinate project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.

You will work with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

You will manage vendors, contractors and suppliers.

You will monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.

You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will control project budgets and timelines.

You will report project status to leadership.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience managing energy, infrastructure or industrial projects.

You understand project lifecycle management and execution.

You are organized, practical and results-driven.
