We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically strong Quality Control Engineer (Battery) to ensure the highest standards across Exoben’s battery production.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing and validating battery cells and systems throughout the manufacturing process.
You will ensure that all products meet performance, safety and regulatory requirements before deployment.
You will work closely with manufacturing, process engineering and R&D teams to identify issues early, reduce defects and continuously improve product quality.
You will develop and implement quality control procedures across battery production.
You will inspect battery cells, modules and packs at different stages of manufacturing.
You will perform testing to validate performance, safety and reliability.
You will analyze defects and identify root causes of quality issues.
You will work with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve problems.
You will ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
You will monitor production quality metrics and improve processes.
You will support audits, certifications and documentation.
You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
You have experience in quality control, preferably in battery or electronics manufacturing.
You understand testing methods, quality systems and performance validation.
You are highly detail-oriented and analytical.
You are practical and focused on problem-solving.
