Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Process Engineer (Battery Lines) to optimize Exoben’s battery production systems.

In this role, you will design, monitor and improve manufacturing processes across battery production lines.

You will focus on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, improving throughput and maintaining consistent product quality.

You will work closely with production managers, manufacturing engineers and quality teams to ensure smooth and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and optimize battery production workflows.

You will analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.

You will improve production speed, yield and cost efficiency.

You will implement process improvements and automation strategies.

You will ensure consistency and stability across production lines.

You will support scaling of manufacturing capacity.

You will monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience in manufacturing process design or optimization.

You understand production systems, workflow analysis and efficiency improvement.

You are analytical, structured and solution-focused.
