Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Battery Production Manager to oversee large-scale battery manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will manage production lines, coordinate teams and ensure that battery systems are produced efficiently, safely and consistently.

You will be responsible for meeting production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.

You will work closely with engineering, quality and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage daily battery production operations.

You will oversee production schedules and ensure targets are met.

You will coordinate teams across manufacturing lines.

You will ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.

You will monitor production performance and efficiency.

You will identify bottlenecks and improve processes.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements.

You will ensure consistent product quality across all outputs.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have strong experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in battery or electronics production.

You understand large-scale production processes and workflow management.

You are practical, organized and results-focused.
