Abesewa-Fawoman Gold Project

Project Overview

The License covers approximately 155.72 km2 along the northeastern margin of the Sefwi-Bibiani Gold Belt.

Exoben acquired 100% of the project from FA-Gold Group.Ltd.

Project Overview

The project area extends over a 15km strike length of the gold-bearing Bibiani shear zone structure that hosts the Chirano and Bibiani deposits and covers a cumulative 10- 15km Belt-faulted margin at Tarkwaian contact in the North Sefwi Belt segment.

Pit constrained Inferred resource:
29.6M tonnes @ 1.7 g/t Au for 1.6+Moz
Based on assays of 17,850m of drilling
Broad disseminated mineralization from surface . Mineralization open in most directions

The Sefwi Belt is highly prospective and is spatially related to major discoveries including the 7Moz Bibiani Gold Mine (approximately 60km southwest of Subranum-Fawoman Project area), Newmont’s Ahafo 24Moz Gold Mine (approximately 35km west of the Project area), Kinross’ Chirano 5Moz Gold Mine.

The Sefwi-Bibiani Gold Belt is also host to Cardinal’s Subin Kasu Resource (>200,000oz), Bibiani Mine (+5.0Mozs), Kinross Chirano Mine (+4.5Mozs) and Enchi Deposits (>900,000ozs) in Ghana and Anuiri-Afema Mine (1.5Mozs) in Cote d’Ivoire

Diamond drilling > 17,850 metres; indicated resources up to 1.8+ Moz and 2.3g/t Au and Inferred resources up to 1.6+Moz @ 1.7 g/t Au

Based on assays of 17,850m of drilling. Pit constrained Indicated resource: 25 Million tonnes @ 2.3 g/t Au for 1.7+Moz

Artisanal Small-Scale Mining (ASM) activities in a zone that straddles adjoining Fawoman West and Subranuam Permits. The artisanal miners undertake the task of small-scale underground mining by use of artisanal mining pits to access the mineralized body beneath (Top Right); Hard rock Ore in 60kg bags to be transported to Processing Facilities (Bottom Right).
